The following recipes show you why Strawberries are such a great fruit to dehydrate!

With an Ezidri dehydrator you can create dried strawberry slices, rollups, or powder in no time at all! Dried strawberry makes a great snack plain or chocolate-dipped and strawberry powder is delicious when sprinkled on top of your yoghurt or ice-cream! It is also fantastic when rehydrated and when used in a variety of receipes like rollups, pies, cakes or more!

When Strawberries are in abundance, a great use for them is Dehydrating. As well as drying them in slices, you can add them to your rollups, or grind them into a fine powder – all delicious and very easy!

Simply wash your strawberries and either slice off the top or pull of the stalk. Then slice into 5 mm wide slices and place on the trays of your Ezidri dehydrator. Dependent on how dry you like your strawberries, dehydrate at 55 deg C for 5-10 hours.

Don’t forget the dried slices are a delicious gift idea when dipped in chocolate!
